Find space in order to grow and exercise your diversity.  Diversifying means being brave enough to explore in order to find a superior version of yourself.  Timberlake could have stayed with NSYNC in fear of his solo career failing.  Instead he decided to invest in himself and expand his career.  The result has been gratifying and he would have never experience it if he would not have tried.

Warren Buffet explains that diversification is protection against ignorance.  It makes little sense if you know what you are doing.  Justin Timberlake won the Innovator Award because he is not afraid to take-on challenges.  They say "A ship is safe in harbor yet that is not what ships are for."

Surround yourself with only people who are going to lift you higher.  Multiple Grammy-winning producer-rapper Timbaland is the executive music producer of Fox's hip-hop phenomenon Empire.  As a result, there was not a song on the first season that was not a hit!



Justin Timberlake is well aware of Timbaland's talent and the duo has created pop magic since the early 2000s.  In the earlier portion of his career, Timbaland produced hit tracks for Missy Elliott, Ginuwine and Aaliyah.  More recently, he has worked with Young Jeezy, Jay-Z and One Republic.  Timbaland may seem busy yet he has always made time for JT!

Steve Jobs states, "Innovation distinguishes between a leader and a follower."  This leads to yet another reason Timberlake's time with NSYNC had to come to an end.  Despite the fact he may have been considered the leader of the group, the strong man is strongest when alone (Friedrich Schiller).

From his dancing to his beatboxing, Justin Timberlake's talent speaks for itself.  Only innovation can lead a person to successfully cover Michael Jackson.  Timberlake does not look back at past achievements for satisfaction, instead he treats every endeavor as though it was his first time.  Put forth maximum efforts and do not place limitations on your creativity!
